What helps us help you
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Mudy version and what you expected to happen. For a purchase issue, mention the pack name. Never send your Apple password, payment details or a private story recording.
Before you get in touch
Check microphone permission, the selected reading language and Apple Intelligence availability. If music feels wrong, choose a mood manually. For an owned music pack, use Restore Purchases with the Apple account that bought it.
